During Warranty Period with Proof of Purchase (store receipt)
Should your product become defective during the warranty period, package the item securely and return it, prepaid/insured along with proof of purchase to:

To ensure prompt repair, provide complete, legible name, address and phone number information and a note indicating the nature of the product defect. We will Repair or Replace (at our sole discretion) product at no charge.
Outside Warranty Period
Should your product become defective outside the warranty period – or you do not have store receipt, package the item securely and return it prepaid/insured along with a check or money order payable to Pretika Corporation the amount to cover handling and postage charges:ST259-$40.00, ST255-$25.00, ST257-$40.00, ST175-$100.00, ST251-$75.00, ST102-$12.50 and AB225-$35.00. To insure prompt repair, or replacement, be sure that you provide complete legible information and a note indicating the nature of the product defect. Pretika will repair or replace (at our sole discretion) your product at no charge. Pretika Corporation shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising out of defects in this product, whether or not caused by its negligence.
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from use with a voltage source other than 120Vac/60 Hz. Voltage converters or plug adapters do not guarantee voltage compatibility or corrosion due to water in the charging cradle or contact points on the device. Some states do not allow for the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights, which vary, from state to state.

If you are not satisfied with your Pretika purchase and would like to return it for a full refund, less shipping, please call 949-481-8818 for a Return Authorization (RA) request within 30 calendar days of the purchase date of the product. Upon return of the product to Pretika, credit will be applied back to your original card, if purchased directly from Pretika. If original purchase was made from a third party (retailer), your credit will be issued via check and will be mailed within 4 weeks after receiving returned product.
Please note that Pretika does not permit the return of or offer refunds for:
Products purchased, new or used, from unauthorized distributors or through unauthorized distribution channels.
Products purchased more than 30 days prior.
Packages missing hardware components.
Products returned without a valid itemized receipt.
We recommend that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to Pretika or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.
